China Ceramic fiber blanket manufacturer & supplier

Ceramic fiber blankets are produced through a continuous manufacturing process, and after needle-punching, the fibers are evenly interwoven. They have high tensile strength, contain no binding agents, and exhibit a pure white color, uniform dimensions, and combine the functions of fire resistance, thermal insulation, and heat preservation. These products possess excellent resistance to chemical corrosion (excluding hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis such as K2O/Na2O). When used in neutral or oxidizing atmospheres, they maintain good tensile strength, toughness, and microstructure. These products are not affected by oil erosion and can regain their thermal properties and physical characteristics after drying. They are available in various volumetric densities and size specifications, allowing customers to choose the optimal insulation structure and performance.

ceramic fiber insulation blanket roll

High temperature Ceramic blankets are made from high-purity raw materials such as clay, alumina powder, silica powder, chromite powder, and coal gangue. These materials are melted in an industrial electric furnace to form a fluid, and then they are transformed into fibers using compressed air blowing or spinning. After passing through a cotton collector, they become ceramic fiber cotton. This fiber cotton can be further processed into products such as fiber blankets, fiber paper, fiber cloth, fiber ropes, and more. The classification: Hydrophobic Ceramic Fiber Blanket;Ceramic Fiber Blanket with Aluminum Foil Cover.  we also use the fiberglass for the project thermal management.

Ceramic fiber blankets With Single Side Aluminum Coating

Ceramic fiber blankets with a single-side aluminum coating are insulating materials made from ceramic fibers with one side coated in aluminum. The ceramic fibers provide excellent insulation properties, with high-temperature resistance and low thermal conductivity, making them suitable for various industrial applications where heat retention is crucial. The aluminum coating enhances certain properties such as reflectivity, durability, and resistance to moisture. This type of blanket is often used in applications where heat reflection or protection against radiant heat is necessary, such as in furnaces, boilers, kilns, and other high-temperature environments. The aluminum coating can help enhance the performance of the blanket in these extreme heat conditions
